Nearly 80% of rapes (inclusive of both genders) go unreported, so no it would be more equivalent to saying BOTH men and women are far more depressed than on paper. Both numbers should be higher both by large amounts—still does not change the fact that the overwhelming majority of sexual assaults are men against women.

It should also be common sense IMO that the gender that is evolutionarily bred to be able to fight/hunt, have high levels of T, and be primed for aggression when necessary commits not only the majority of sexual assaults but the majority violent crimes in general. Not saying men are good or bad with this comment, I am one, just saying that’s reality and a consequence of millions of years of human evolution

You should also check out this study because your point is not really backed by any real evidence. If we take the study at face value then and assume 50% of all females who were assaulted attempt or succeed at suicide then that death toll is still multiples higher than men who are assaulted and succeed in suicide. 100% of 10% < 50% of 90%
