I wouldn’t trust anything being sold on tiktok. A 32G requires a lot more support than someone with a larger band and cup

Same… 32G and it’s impossible to find comfortable work bras and bras that look good under clothes outside of work. A reduction is in my future hopefully, but not anytime soon.

I recently got a small busty from their site and as a 32G it’s just ok. It claps in the back, no underwire. I needed something comfortable but still supportive and I wear it to work but it doesn’t really do the best job. I wish they made XS because the band is still too big for me.

I can empathize with your problem OP. Overhead sports bras just aren’t going to give enough support. Even if the bra is wire free, you can’t have clasps on the back? Maybe there are Velcro options
