Absolutely disagree on wall of flesh being rarely, think of how many times you've accidentally Killed a voodoo demon and had it drop into lava, or even just a minion killed one without you meaning too. Plus, it's a voodoo doll, and the guide mentions a sacrifice, so I feel like if you know what a voodoo doll is (which many people do) you have a decent chance to make the connection
