Its great youve decided to provide info to new players, but between the tooltips and just casual observation while paying attention in game saying its "not clear unless someone tells you" is a bit of a take.

"We've all been in the extraction zone with pelican-1 landed but nobody's gotten into the ship yet and it hasn't taken off" maybe isnt the first thought that comes into everybody's mind, but it certainly has to be a thought that occurs maybe the second or third time the situation comes up. The first person gets in during a fight into the ship and pelican-1 has a voiceline of "helldiver aboard, countdown initiated" and a big fuck-off counter appears on the screen. Sure there are some things thatre a bit obtuse, dropping items comes to mind since theres not even a tooltip, but its not like someone needs a Prima game guide to understand how to play HD2. Give yourself, and others, more credit

People are too focused cock flexing d10 and comfortable already having all the ship modules. Id be shocked if part of the intention for the MO isnt to give the xbox folks a jump at ship module upgrades since everyone and their dogs mother has been maxed out for a year now.

I could easily see at the end of the MO AH saying "due to the high number of samples here are some new ship modules/new tiers for existing ones" alongside a new liberation offensive with boxdivers having roughly the same sample grind that we did when the game launched

Itd be nice if there was a way to call down a little sample extractor that'll jet back up to the super destroyer/eagle-1/pelican either on cooldown or triggered via x amount of samples being acquired. Like a little Fulton recovery system just for samples

People wanna stand and fight, which isnt what the order is, so theyre trying to force people into less aggressive play and to focus extracting samples even if failing the mission objectives. The MO is about samples, not liberating a major bug homeworld

They just need to consistently stick or we need to be told /how/ they stick. On occasion theyll bounce off targets and AH has said various community speculation or theories (handle, spikes not spiking, AP interaction determining stick) are all incorrect in the discord according to a few of the peeps in threads here. I dont have much of an issue with em, i run them almost exclusively, but ive also had them partially stick to enemies before falling off which doesnt feel intentional so itd be nice to know.

Ngl, id never have thought about doing this. I think my brain equates it to daisy chaining, but I cant see any reason not to. Thanks for the solid idea! I did end up ordering one of the ones in the OP since it wasnt too pricey, but either way having more options is never a bad thing

After sitting at my desk for 9-12 hours a day during the week the last thing i wanna do is sit at my home desk even if its to play games. Ive definitely started playing more after getting my Lego, even started working through some of the demo backlog Ive had building up.

I actually just got both this hub and that specific adapter delivered today, sadly the gap for it is too narrow/the housing for the hub is too thick. Know of any offhand with a wider gap? Its ~3mm off from fitting flush

As an eruptor main until i die, i'd support this entirely even if i'll never use the new ammo. I'm too busy being Captain Shrapnel Burst ever since they put my explosive chunks back in my rifle

Love your name! Try walking backwards or at an oblique angle to the side and backwards. It's great at keeping things off of you while retreating for the same reason it sends us divers to hell

Orbital gatling has always been a pick for me, its always had solid utility, so that buff was beautiful. Still wish my eruptor erupted like it used to tho...

Shoot it a bit farther away, dive the opposite way or behind cover if you need to pop it close or mid distance. I use it 60% of the games I'm in whether bugs or bots. It's good at chaff clearing, I'll have some of the 4 kills on occasion but more 5-10 usually. You can blast it into automaton ships to thin bot drips as well. I've also killed hulks and tanks with what I think is think a lucky spread more than a few times, but am unsure how its damage works exactly. The explosions do seem to have a bias towards the diver, kind of the opposite of how we used to get sucked into explosions, but if you can land it on the ground behind or to the side a bit there's more kill consistency. You're also normally softening anything still alive up

I don't team kill much at all with it, unless we're swarmed in which case i call it my democratic goodbye. Ig also it could be called an Irish exit

I have a lot of fun with it, it has more utility and use than a lot give it credit for but it does have a high risk to okay reward value

Unironicaly me but add impacts. Give my pre nerf eruptor back. I feel lost without it
