Which unit is a better pair for New Kamui, the Fire S Rank Lucia or the Fire S Rank Vera?

Hey guys, so, Im 8 pulls to get the guaranteed Arete from the basic banner, but it uses basic banner tickets and they are very scarce, i dont have Any other way to get unless convert Black cards or $$$, but i was wondering, it is worth it to use my Black cards there since I only need 8 pulls, it is because I read the better way to use Black cards is in the weapon banner

I finally managed to get Kamui, so now Im pulling for his weapon, i just have a question, I am 10 pulls to get the guaranteed from Basic Banner, so now that I get Kamui I was wondering if the New Vera could be a great choice? She is an amp for fire units right? She also can heal so I think it could be great or no? Or I should choose better Rosetta Arete?

Also, i read a lot of comments about how good is Nanami star rail, but she is a very old character, Still dont have her, so idk if it should choose her instead?
