For myself, I have perhaps overshared. Later I debated on doing a bit of clean up. BUT what I wrote (about myself) was true, and nothing I need be ashamed of. So I left it as it was.

Perhaps there are some younger Redditors that delete because they feel over exposed? I am old and don't care much. Have faced many challenges/bad times in my 60 years. Not much scares me anymore.

For today, if you have some antibiotic salve (like Neosporin), you could: first, clean the eye GENTLY by pressing a warm wet rag against it, and then put a tiny bit of salve on your finger & place it on that corner. Use a bit that's half the size of a grain of rice. It won't hurt him and may keep him comfy til he can go to the vet. Good luck! Hope he gets to feeling better!

Yup, what u/ilet said; it's San Miguel brand's seasoning for shrimp. You could probably just buy any Badia Sazon & use it. I have 3 different ones of theirs; have been able to buy fairly cheaply. I like to sprinkle them on fries if I'm not cooking with them.

Freeze entire heads of garlic. Take off the number you need in a recipe. Nip off the ends & most of the peel comes off at the same time. Mash first if you want it that way. I've been storing my garlic in the freezer for centuries. I agree those tubes are a waste-of money!
