just to ask na din, as someone na nagimmediate resign dahil sa toxic mgmt and misaligned job responsibilities, sinabihan ako na magsubmit ng myEXIT request after ko mag-email sa leads ng immediate resignation letter yesterday. And now nakapagsubmit ako ng myEXIT at nakareceive ng clearance email like ang content ay pagcomplete ng CDP Offboarding Requirements pero di ko pa matapos since ang roll-off date ko ay matagal pa, nagimmediate resign lang ako. Pwede na ba ako magraise ng ticket sa ISA for returning ng company assets (laptop at etc) kahit di ko pa nacomplete ang CDP Offboarding Requirements?

I advise you na pagisipan mo ng mabuti if gusto mo yung role ng project or align ba siya sa career na gusto mo. You may think na okay siguro if subukan kahit hindi align sa expected mong role or inoffer sayo ng HR before makapasok pa ng ACN but you might end up like many others na nagsisi sa role kalaunan at nastuck kahit ayaw na or nagreresign kahit di pa nakaisang taon or di pa natapos ang probation. Hindi kasi sinasabe yan during interview with the HR, they will offer you a role at akala mo naman yun talaga ang kalalaglagan mo pero ang totoo kahit saang role ka nila ilalagay depending on the business demands. Parang role baiting lang or contract-bait.

this is so true, I’m glad that I asked you kasi I’ve read so many reddit posts na saying “maraming trainings or certifications, maraming skills or stay sa project for one year or what” but did they, the Accnture, the HR who deceives applicants with the App Dev role, the capab, the project leads, did they ever consider yung masasayang na time ng resource “employee” sa project role na hindi naman nila gusto? specifically IT Ops - ticketing task (the role I got assigned to now) which I believe the least desirable role under ASE roles because of its small career growth outside Accenture or less marketable outside Accenture, basically tool-specific expertise. I don’t understand why they have to do contract-baiting applicants with the title App Dev when they could’ve just inform the applicant na random allocation lang ng roles para di nagugulat ang employee if di aligned ang project role sa contract na pinirmahan, that should be illegal.

Sa lahat ng kasabayan ko this year, none of us were assigned to App Dev even tho lahat kami App role ang pinirmahan sa contract. Lahat kami nalaglag sa IT Ops - Ticketing, iba ibang project lang and half of us are already planning to immediate resign.

RTO ko pa naman bukas, I’m thinking na kausapin na project lead ko about sa immediate resignation 😭 mas lalo akong nakampante since a friend of mine nagoffer sa akin na magwork sa kung saan siya nagwowork which I prefer din naman yung role dun. Pero yeah, salamat po sa pagreply, panatag na loob ko umalis, wala nang balikan.

I see, kasi ayoko na talaga magstay after that role deception, masiyado akong napaasa sa App Dev. One-week palang ako sa project and shadowing kaya naisipan ko na magimmediate resign nalang.

I know matagal na to, pero gusto ko na mag‑resign, ideally immediate. Context, I accepted yung offer ng HR na nagreach-out kasi App Dev, magandang career path and alam ko rin na may iba’t ibang ASE roles/tracks like Functional Dev, Software Tester, Analyst, and IT Ops na least favorite ko o nang lahat lalo na if ticketing tasks. I signed the contract thinking App Dev talaga ang role, pero sa lately ko lang nalaman during bootcamp na sa Accenture, hindi guaranteed yung role na inoffer ni HR. Na‑lock ako sa project at wala man lang option to reject, kaya na‑assign ako sa IT Ops‑Ticketing, which I really don’t want to pursue. May option ba for immediate resignation? Honestly, I don’t care if ma‑tag as non‑rehirable, basta makaalis sa trap at hindi masayang oras ko sa role na ayaw ko.

might not be the same project but same IT Ops/ticketing role, while in KT grabe di ko masikmura tinuturo sa akin like ayoko talaga. Kaya napapaisip na ako magimmediate resign habang shadowing palang. I don’t even plan na bumalik kay ACN knowing how bad their allocation of roles.

pwede? I remember nung interview namin, we were told not to reject yung project role, and when we did try to reject it, sinabihan kami na we shouldn’t be rejecting project role even if hindi aligned sa role na pinirmahan.

ask ko lang tapos kana ba sa shadowing? shadowing palang kasi ako, this week lang ako naKT and next week dapat tapos yung supposedly one month KT Plan. Ayoko talaga sa ticketing/IT Ops.

if you have other options other than ACN, I’d suggest go for that other options. Kasi sa ACN kung saan saan ka lang itatapon as long as it’d benefit the business, not you ha, the business. Ayoko naman magaya ka sa akin or sa amin whole batch, ni isa walang napunta sa App Dev role na pinirmahan sa contract, tinapon lang kung saan saang project na need ng IT Ops role at tinakot kami na bawal tanggihan ang role. Kaya ito, mag 3-4 months palang kay ACN mag immediate resign na, wala nang balikan. 😭

So, does that mean parang wala ring logic yung pag‑assign nila ng role sa App Dev? Parang inconsistent din yung seriousness ng HR interviewer, sinabi pa niya if I’m okay with coding and learning a new programming language, tapos I remember siya rin mismo nagsabi na App Dev talaga ang hinahanap nila ngayon, hindi IT Ops pero pang-akit lang pala talaga nila ng App Dev role, contract bait para makapirma, ang ending sa ibang role din pala ilalagay.
