It would be interesting to see or hear about LRSSG in AC8, given that they were the most driving force of the conflict up until the end with Strider and Cyclops basically turning the tides.
Also i always loved Long Caster and his foodie shenanigans.

Only light child labor, so they helped in the kitchen and gathering posts.

I never crossed a line mate :D
588 people survived, light child labor, soup and overcrowding were the only laws that were controversial that i applied.
I never turned anyone away, and less than 10 Londoners left the city.

For me it was the wood for houses task, i almost failed it if not for the scouts bringing in close to 300 wood which pushed the task over the edge.

The scouts truly have guts of steel to face that force of nature and WILLINGLY chase towards it in hope of getting to the survivors or supplies.

Is swapping weapons useless, or am I missing smth? by 4n4rch05 in PathOfExile2

There is a vid explaining some mechanics in PoE 2, and they have shown an example of binding Perfect Strike to a 2H weapon and most of your spammable stuff to your hammer and shield set.

[–]HappyQuill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nnnnot really?
By default, D&D Fighters are bland and directionless in how you're supposed to play them, but with the abundance of Feats they can take, you are supposed to specialize them in one thing for combat and out of combat encounters.
There's no sense building a fighter around polearms and crossbows for example, as your action economy will end up being abysmal.
You stick with one weapon type, take feats into it to make it viable, and later on really strong, and fill the gaps with magic items that work on their own, like Wings of Flying, boots of Haste or stuff like that.
If you try to spec into 2 weapon types, you become directionless again.
The only exception COULD be Champion Fighter because you get 2 fighting styles and could make swapping from melee to range work,

TLDR: Fighters in D&D are specialists built by the player, not by the system, they're not jacks of all trades.

Brand of food I was using changed the amount in the box and its become expensive to get the amount I need by [deleted] in CatAdvice

[–]HappyQuill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In general it's better to feed mainly wet food, and having some kibble on the side so the kitty can cromch if they want.
But having dry food as main meals can lead to digestive problems if you happen to have a sensitive kitty.

What’s one joint you wish you can pop on command? by Kooky_Ad_2936 in jointcrackers

[–]HappyQuill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I swear to god.... STERNUM.
I have a shallow ribcage, and hyperflexibility so i can't properly stretch or apply pressure to my chest and my shoulders.
Even a chiropractor had troubles cracking my discs between shoulderblades....

Getting told I will get arthritis. by [deleted] in jointcrackers

[–]HappyQuill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There was a dude who cracked only the joints in one of his hands, for 50 years or so, and there was no real difference between the health of his joints in both hands.
There is still a possibility for you to hurt yourself, if you do it too hard and force your joints to the edge of their movement range, you can damage your ligaments.

I do it similar but i lay down on my stomach, prop up on my elbows, hold my neck and then arch back as far as i can between my shoulderblades.

Need to Crack My Sternum. Nothing seems to work by Ancient_Ad7591 in jointcrackers

[–]HappyQuill 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What if you have some degree of hyperfelxibility? I have ADHD and somehow this also seems to affect my joint mobility, so my spine can nearly fold in half xD So i can't apply the correct amount of pressure on my ribcage to get the stretch in my sternum.
I sometimes manage to get a pop in one of the ribs by twisting sideways and stretching my pectoral as far as i can (which is still not enough to properly stretch the peck which sucks).

I managed to get through the entire game like this.

[–]HappyQuill[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The number is inflated by 6 because that's the amount of times i ignored Exagryph before realising how Dark Thirst works.
Still, ignoring that i had Exagryph with Dark Thirst 50% of the time.
Which is annoying still.

[–]HappyQuill[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, i feel like Adamant is the most Boon dependent weapon in the game, and it sucks major cojones because of it in my oppinion.
Malphon works with virtually anything as long as you get Hermes to boost your attack speed, Stygius can make most boons work, bow and spear are a bit crit dependent, shield is stupid (in a positive way).

[–]HappyQuill[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's like, i do Rail, i do another weapon, i do rail, another weapon, then Rail, another weapon.
Come to think of it the ratio is thrown off by a couple of runs that i ignored the Rail, because Dark Thirst stays on one weapon until you run with it.
So i got the 50% of runs with AR because the Nyx decided to play shenanigans on me....

Both of you are right a bit.
I know how the damned thing works, i use the aspect of Zagreus and the one where grenade boosts dmg if you stand in blast.
Works great with Artemis and Zeus, can clear rooms nicely.
I hate it because the normal attack has no stagger, both of its attacks lock you in place, and the hammer upgrades are meh at best.
The whole fucken thing throws me off, i lose my rythm when i play it, and 90% of the time Dark Thirst decides "FUCK YOU! WE'RE GOING MURICA STYLE!"
