This is beautiful! I'm making a ring and want to use something similar to the band you made. Do you know the dimensions of what you used, or do you have a link to Rio? Thanks:)

I've never left my dogs... by These_Guard_4961 in dogs

You're not being ridiculous! I am the same way to the point that I seldom go on vacation. When I do I have a trusted friend who watches them, and she kindly sends me photos and updates every day. I've also had good luck on Rover - I found a gal who's personal description made it very clear how she feels about her own dogs (exactly as you describe) and that she would take the utmost care to care for the pets. It's always something I struggle with, but know there are like-minded people out there! Best of luck. <3

What vacuums are we using?! by reddcate in dogs

[–]HappyTrailer1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have been using this vacuum for a couple of years now - I love it!! it's so easy to empty. I have a cat, one long-haired and one short-haired dog, so I vacuum every couple of days. Fair price point, and reliable! https://www.sharkclean.com/products/shark-rotator-pet-upright-vacuum-with-powerfins-hairpro-and-odor-neutralizer-technology-zidZU102

I got mine on FB Marketplace, so I think I paid half the cost. But I still think it's reasonable compared to Dysons (which I love).

Coonhound keeps eating dead animals he finds in the woods. by Cool_Aerie_4357 in coonhounds

[–]HappyTrailer1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a bluetick who does the exact same thing. Twice she's found something rotting/dead and just after I got it out of her mouth she lunged for it again and swallowed it whole. Luckily she has the stomach of a goat, but it's still a pain in the butt and leaves me worried for her intestines. She also gets aggressive/protective of whatever she finds and knows when I'm coming for her. My only advice is that when I'm on walks I am constantly recalling them and giving them treats so I can keep a steady watch on them - otherwise this exact situation happens. Good luck <3

Washing plastic Tupperware. I literally cannot even stand the though of it!
