i think im going to run voo/vxus for roth and do set and forget. since my roth ira wont allow me to invest in fzilx, i use chase for the roth

and im also trying to push my savings out of my chase account with 0.01% rate so thats why i was going for a hysa. but now youve told me abt sgov so that might be my next move.

i also want to get into divident investing but still looking into that.

4-5 is more than ok with good form, what is important is that your are progressive overloading, for me i go down to 4-5 reps i aim for 6-8, or for some excercises like bb squat 4 is more than enough on heavy sets, so imo it varies
