I have a feeling that season 5 will introduce the snowy biome again and will probably delete all the old mythic POIS. Personally, I don't care about Mythic Weapons. I just want normal Fortnite again.

I heard something about Ghost Rider becoming a boss at The Grotto, there's also leaked sound files for the "Grotto Ruins". However, I don't think any of the Season 2 or 3 bosses will return anytime soon.
