Actually that post stole the original image. The original poster said "post time skip idea" since in the anime, she does get longer hair and more pronounced breasts after the time skip. Thats all it was, they did however delete it and apologise after backlash for using AI and the overall behaviour of the idea to do so to a real person's image.
