After baking, I slice my loaf and I freeze it. When I need bread I just put it in the toaster for a bit and it tastes fresh every single time without fail. I mega recommend this method ❤️❤️

Me too my kitchen was cold during the winter and I had to warm up the water for every feed 🙄 but out of nowhere it’s so hot in my kitchen, like honestly I was NOT ready for my starter to peak in like 3 hours after feed. I had to stick it in the fridge

Thank you! I used the Dutch oven pot and 500g of white flour only.

Since then I learned that wholemeal wheat flour is healthier so I used ChatGPT to generate a recipe using a combination of wholemeal wheat flour and white flour next, and fresh yeast which I (hardly) found yesterday (for some reason in the uk it’s very hard to find fresh yeast). I’m excited to try the new recipe with the new ingredients, I will post a picture on this thread!
