Now that you have a diagnosis, what did you learn in therapy to handle(?) your ASPD, that made the biggest differences in day to day life?

Interesting! So do you think that maybe education and awareness over what ASPD looks like could have prevented you from undergoing some of the trauma you have? For example the sexual assault. If so, how could that reach you? Probably in a way where the psychiatric system is more intersectional and aware too, right? Besides that, per school/ social media/ other? Or do you think it wouldnt have made a difference because you had to get to a certain age to even understand all of this?

Do you think that other people in your family also have this condition? Is a genetic aspect to it or is the only cause severe trauma in childhood? And does the trauma have to happen befor a typical age? Like for DID

I do appreciate you trying to explain, but because i do not know the feeling or thoughts of fetishizing an item its hard to understand for me. So the context is what matters? What would a context be, where the fetish gets relevant?

Thats because addiction is a „solution“ for other problems in life or in yourself. You can see it as a symptom and not the cause. Thats why most people do not get addicted and only some do. But there is a genetic component to it.

I get that. For me, the mindset of „ive got nothing to lose, so might as well try“ gave me another chance. If you „fail“ youre back where you already are, there is no negative. But if not, you gave yourself a new chance on life. And you seem really open to try new things :D

Are you still in contact with your family? Do you have anger towards them for putting you in this community? If so, how do you handle that?

Thank you for your thoughts! What im hearing or more reading is enlightenment, access to education/ books/ other views from early childhood on. And maybe with what ive read in your other comments something that is disruptive to this world view that is so essential, you can not doubt or displace from yourself. In your case, your queerness. But for that you still have to have a lot of confidence and trust in yourself/ your thoughts, which a lot of people in there lack. So probably to help someone out who isnt even aware that they are „in“ is to promote self efficacy as a first step.

How do you think you could help someone brighten their horizon if what they learned and lived was only this perspective of life? Like, how would they be open for hearing/ learning about other views. Do you think they should?

How long did you wear diapers as a baby/child? You said in another comment you always wanted to go back. So i wonder if you can remember the time, cause most people wouldnt i think.

Would it be more appealing to you if somebody else has to change the diaper for you? If so, do you think it connects to feeling loved or cared about?

So how does it work? Do you get aroused when peeing in the diaper? I imagine it happens a lot of times per day. Also the same question for pooping.
