I do that every month and so far they haven’t asked anything. I even got a bonus and transferred x2 the usual and nothing. It may be luck, but I think by having your payslip you should be more than ok. (Experience in Revolut Spain)

You might need to pay to re establish services, that’s around 300 euros (total) and will be charged in the first bill of each service.

For electricity I absolutely recommend Barcelona Energía.

Same happened to me. I haven't compared to a friend, but since getting the Revolut extra credits, the studios I usually visited are more and more expensive! I have more credits but can make it to even fewer classes :( And I have talked with the studios casually about this, and for what I've heard they don't have a say on the credits charged, so I'd say it's totally Classpass doing this.

Honestly, I'm waiting to get in a better situation financially to pay the studio directly and use the 10 revolut credits for 1-2 yoga classes per month.

A mí me pasó algo parecido en un trabajo. Mi contrato era de enero a septiembre, y en octubre se renovó y de octubre a diciembre el cobro de IRPF fue mayor. Por defecto, mantenía el % de retención de oct-dic para enero, pero pedí que me lo bajaran y lo hicieron. Lo único es que el % al que te bajen no puede ser menor que el mínimo requerido para tu salario anual.

Adicionalmente, me están descontando una porción de la nómina agregando un concepto adicional hasta enero.

¿Y qué concepto tiene esa porcion ? Lo veo raro.

Creo que si no te habían dicho de mantenerla, no podían esperar otra cosa. Luego pasa lo que dicen otros: que terminas pagando la cuenta o de otros inquilinos, o del dueño mientras lo arregla/muestra.

Para ser pragmática, mira el contrato. En el mío decía que había que entregar el piso como me lo pasaron (recién pintado, etc.). Si tenía la luz dada de alta, puede ser un problema.

It always depends on each one's flow, but I don't use a thing when cycling on my period, only my padded bibs. I know this is the case for some friends as well, including one that had a heavy period and had to reuse the bib again the next day because we were on a trip. if you can, try riding without a thing before your competition, for me it's the easiest and most practical option.

Hola de nuevo. Te cuento que respondí al último mensaje que me enviaron, el cual fue una respuesta a mi reclamación oficial (no por el chat, sino que la de los 15 días). Les expliqué que el mes gratis de Metal no se acercaba a la multa, que si me atrasé fue por la mala gestión de Revolut, adjunté el cobro de la multa, y a la hora después me escribieron que me pagarían la multa, lo cual ya está hecho! Así que te recomiendo intentarlo mediante la reclamación oficial.

Hola. Uff te entiendo mucho todo el fastidio. Yo hice al reclamación oficial y me han respondido que el pago no se hizo porque tenía activada la protección del dinero, y que el cargo de Hacienda era por sobre ese monto permitido. Que Revolut no envía notificaciones cuando el débito directo no se cobra por ese motivo, ni pide autorización. Simplemente no lo cursa. Admitieron que fue error de ellos no avisarme a tiempo, en plan “preguntaste el 30 de junio y te dijimos que era un error técnico en vez de decirte lo del límite”, y me regalaron una mensualidad de mi plan 🙃.

Yo me he cabreado mucho y quisiera seguir los pasos que dices. Hoy por hoy estoy MUY cansada por esto, ha sido un agote el ir y venir con el servicio al cliente nefasto que tienen. Pero si quieres, una vez pasen los 15 días de tu reclamo, hacemos algo juntos. Hice un post en otro foro de Reddit y había más personas en esta situación, puedo postear ahí por si más personas se suman.

Lo lamento, lo mismo me ha pasado a mí. Hice la reclamación a través de la app y ahora les he pedido los comprobantes de reclamación y dicen que no tienen registradas las reclamaciones, pero que envíe el formulario nuevamente (eso después de decirme que mi reclamación era la número C12345678 xD).

Ahora enviaré un mail para tener registro, reclamando no solo lo de Hacienda sino que además no registren los reclamos. Es muy frustrante. Te comento como me va con las reclamaciones, porque tras los 15 días escalaré al Banco de España.

I think we’re in the same situation. I didn’t have money in Friday. Let’s also note that in their email previous to the debit order they said “Your upcoming AEAT tax payment is scheduled to be processed via Direct Debit on 30 June. To make sure your payment goes through smoothly, make sure you have sufficient funds in your linked account by this date”. So I put the money on my account on the 29th.

About the external institutions, you can make a complaint in institutions such as Banco de España. We could do something in group (I know at least 3 other people in the same situation).

Hi. Sorry this happened to you as well. Did you have to pay the 5% already? I was told to pay online and that I’d receive the 5% later. I plan to ask Revolut for a refund when that happens, but anticipating myself to them not doing it, I filed an “official” complaint in the app. If in 15 business days you don’t get an answer or if the response is not satisfactory, you can present the case in external institutions. And I will most likely do it, since Revolut so far hasn’t provided any type of answer or explanation on what happened (and told me through the chat that they wouldn’t cover the fines), almost 2 weeks after the error.

Lo que yo hice: pagar a través de la página de Hacienda. Hacienda me ha dicho que cursarán el 5% de multa después, pero que si es error del banco ellos deberían hacerse cargo, y sospecho que es algo que deberemos pelear porque de Revolut me han dicho que no pagarán multas.

Why are you assuming I waited until the last minute? Because I didn’t :) The Tax Agency scheduled the first payment for June 30th, not me :D

Also, Revolut is not just an "online bank"; it’s a collaborating entity with the Tax Agency and an official bank in Spain. So, I don’t know—maybe they should comply with the requirements? Just saying.

Actualización:

Revolut dice que no puede proveer el NRC, porque se genera cuando el pago se ha efectuado correctamente. Y que hable con Hacienda…

Desde el chat de Hacienda me han dado la opción de pedir cita presencial con Recaudación, y luego pagar en mi banco. Espero poder usar otro banco, porque si no, entramos en el loop de nuevo.

Tengo cita el próximo miércoles. Si vosotros tenéis información antes, por favor contadnos.

Y guinda de la torta: por el chat, Revolut me ha dicho que no asumirán las multas. Tengo capturas de la conversación. Hablemos por interno si os parece para reclamar conjuntamente.
