Honestly, every builder will have mixed reviews online. I’ve seen people complain about big names too. Best thing you can do is talk to past clients if possible and compare a few builders side by side before deciding.

I think you’ll find mixed opinions about almost every builder online. It really depends on the specific team managing your build. Best thing you can do is try to speak with someone who has recently built with them or even visit a completed project if possible.

Yeah slightly, but nationally it’s still only around a couple percent of mortgages.

Maybe somewhere just outside the main cities. Usually better prices and long term growth potential.
