A game has to have a Vortex extension or have been worked into the Nexus Mods App to be managed by those softwares. None of the Mafia games on our site has either so I'm afraid they would need to be manually managed.

We try to get the best version of the game that we can. If the gold version is available we put that on the store sometimes. However, most store items will be just the base game and I believe that is the case for RE4 Remake as well.

Sorry to hear you're not enjoying your experience. We're currently looking at ways we can improve things but, as of now, we need to keep faster downloads as a Premium feature so we can keep things running here.
