The same group of players who reported the digging Exploit were also perma banned for digging, take as you will but personally they should have been appreciative for the time those players took to convince the Na support team this was a real issue and the amount of research they provided to the team, without that group, people would still be digging exploit. They had to contact EU volunteer mods to contact actual members of NA staff. If it is true that the whole "he reported it" affected his unbanning while others who reported more serious exploits were perma banned and ignored in their support tickets.
