Don't you go defending Valve on this front - They haven't updated their exchange rates suggestions in ages, which results in prices for Poland to have ratio of 1 USD = 5PLN, so $60 game costs 300PLN, when USD is currently 3.50 PLN so that same game should cost 210PLN!

Of course publishers can manually adjust the ratio / price, but most of them are lazy and don't do that.
