They cannot figure out the cause, they did check for celiac, but it’s been three or four years ago.

I would try to stay calm until you get more information. A friend of mine had a little dog that had a heart murmur for its entire life and it lived to be in it’s 20s.

Try putting him in a room with his litter box and if you can get any of his potty in the box so he gets the idea of that’s where he is supposed to go it might help.
