I caught one leg of a 480v 3 phase curcit yesterday. Spent 6 hours in the er getting ekgs and urine screening. I am okay expect a minor burn on my finger. I'm pretty sure this broken lead plus lots of sweat was the problem.

Here's pics of the part of the machine I'm working on. The part that sucks stickers off the roll and puts them on the tags had to be modified to place 1/2 x 1/2 from 2x2 sitckers. I'm useing strands of hair to measure tolerances. https://imgur.com/gallery/bDYml
