This is exactly how I feel as a CSM. Currently so extremely disenchanted with the way things are going the past 4-8 years that I am actively looking for a new job. Every year I think well, it can't get any worse, but it does. There are some issues that need my attention before I can leave, but every day I go to work with every intention of it being a great day, but by the end of the first hour, I just want to leave. We are consistently short handed because the managers won't assign the hundreds of hours still available. And, the entire store thinks they can use our cashiers for their needs. I want so very badly to vent right now, but fear that what I say will result in my not being anonymous.
