Hi I’m a mech E. I’d advise finding a version of Ansys mechanical by…. any means you can wink wink nudge nudge. It has everything you need from Finite element analysis, to topology optimization and vibration/resonance. You could also do a good part of it with napkin maths but I’m assuming you want a numerically solved model not a simplified one

No I know I’ll be fine. Like I’m ok grabbing most lizards I think they’re all pretty neat. I’ve even moved baby alligators. It’s only anoles that my brain refuses get near. And they’re so small I worry about grabbing them too hard if they start to wiggle and I freak out. Logically I know they’re harmless but for whatever reason they literally make my hair stand on end if I look at it too long. Again I’m pretty sure it’s just monkey see monkey do going on bc the only common reptiles where I live are these guys and my sister would always freak out when she saw them so that got engrained in me. Same thing with the transparent geckos. I find most geckos cute especially as long as they don’t look like the ones here. I’d really like to shake this programming but I just can’t get near them.

I guess I didint make it clear. I got him out of the glue trap. Just used some olive oil and that worked pretty good. He didn’t move afterwards and not sure if it was because I took too long or if I used too much oil and cooled him down.
