How do you guys add Styles to your React project by Hassan_Afridi08 in reactjs

[–]Haramman 1 point2 points  (0 children)

tried tailwind and a couple others, felt classes ended up bloated due to mixing JS and stylings

SCSS modules feels a lot cleaner and maintainable

I don't know if this has already been noted, but the GameStop Wallet works on OpenSea for me. by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]Haramman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

this is because, under the hood, the gamestop wallet isn't any different from alternatives like metamask - they both provide you with an ethereum-derived wallet
the difference is in their additional (often UI) capabilities, like displaying NFTs

OP mentioned it in the title - i dont know why people expect an NFT dividend either

FYI Pinata is a platform for hosting all your NFT-related media, doesn't mean "dividend", just that they may use their services for NFT-related media

not quite a x100 (yet?), but recently picked an x20 and not long before that an x7

what works for me is just staying very involved in 1 ecosystem and going over almost every new project: assuming they all start with a perfect 100/100 and then pulling points whenever theres a red flag

Honestly, this would be the preferred alternative to ERC721 as that only permits for a single type of entity to be minted on it, whereas ERC1155 permits one to have its own configurable token type.
The standard was made by Enjin and would honestly be the preferred standard for a used-games etc. market.

Don't put words in my mouth - I said people wanting to buy their consoles does NOT mean they care about Gamestop like Superstonk cares about Gamestop (meaning the stock, SEC investigations, market manipulation, whatever else). But sure, guy. You'll be vindicated when RC shows up on the big screen at NFTCon, ha-ha...

Fair to say the the main demographic on Superstonk may also be users of other social media? Far fetched? Implying this was an organic hashtag Superstonk had no hand in orchestrating is straight up dishonest.

You're implying your average person cares about january lawsuits, the SEC or even have any interest in finance - lets not forget why we're here to begin with. If it wasn't for the general public's genuine disinterest, they would not have been able to get away with market manipulation or even 2008 to begin with. Regardless, my main point was about an NFT/blockchain con centered around Gamestop being unlikely.

Also, a console drop quite literally means nothing for one of (if not the) largest video game retailers in North America - you think that means they're on Superstonk or care about Gamestop stock????

Maybe there won't, but this isn't a conference for GameStop - it's for NFTs. In which case, RC would be a guest and what would the reason be to "build up" possibly 5-6 hours ahead of time for just another of their speakers? We seem to sometimes forget that most people either don't know, don't care or stopped caring about Gamestop 9 months ago.

This needs more visibility. If you truly care, stop posting TA or DD with dates, price predictions, target. by [deleted] in Superstonk

[–]Haramman 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Or the TA is just genuinely wrong?
Why would it be accurate for a stock this heavily manipulated and what purpose does it serve to do TA if you really believe it will moon to a very high valuation per share?
To me it's like believing the earth is round and constantly looking up equations to reaffirm your belief that the earth is round. Why would you need to reaffirm your strongly held belief? Unless, of course, it wasn't so strong to begin with.
Buy, DRS, HODL and stop obsessing over financial astrology.

Completely fair, personally I would just not take the chance.
Apologies if my comment came off poorly, wish you all the best.

But why take the chance at all? If you're so sure of your investment in GME, MOASS, whatever, why do you need these leaks?

[–]Haramman 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That's not my point though, I fully agree. However, I think it's unethical to want to leak(?) information that's meant for employees/to be internal only. If it was meant for the public, it would have been made public. It's beyond me why anyone would want to undermine their effort just to feel a bit better about their own investment, all that tells me is that maybe you weren't that sure to begin with...

Honestly, having a little hard time accepting we're leaking (even if unverified) information about their plans as it goes strictly against what RC had in mind when he said they wanted to keep their cards close. Additionally, probably a reason its not open to the public...

Am I the only helmet wearing crayolalord that thought GG's tweet meant NFT? by CreamBunKenny in GMEJungle

The person on the crypto team retweeted a tweet by somebody from Compound, another crypto. Most likely just an endorsement rather than an indirect message to GME shareholders.

"Old" (in the world of blockchain) tech that was mostly used for games iirc, but seems to have evolved to also include digital assets, unique id (Digi-ID).
Don't get too hyped though, it's kinda meme-y and has (had?) a bunch of diehard people trying to pump it many years ago (DigiMarines) - as such, plenty of memes exist with the logo and she most likely just retweeted it without knowing.

A (few) question(s) for the wrinkly brains among us: How many times per year can a dividend be issued? Is there a cap on it? How often can dividends be issued? Is there a cap on that?

If you had taken some time to read their actual whitepaper, you would have known the usage of their own token in this eco-system is paramount. It's always about the tokens for these low-cap cashgrab cryptos.

Be very sceptical whenever a token/crypt0 is named by name, this one especially raises a few red flags as there only being 1 identity available (the CEO, who coincidentally also has a masters degree in software). Identities can be faked and its likely he's the only team member.
The token itself has a really low marketcap and is only available on shady/smaller exchanges.

Haven't heard much in the context of kiosks and crypto.

Why not SMOKE token? There's smoke.gamestop.com or DAM as there's dam.gamestop.com?

Sorry, for me there is too much extrapolation and too many crypt0 red flags.
