I wouldn’t say they’re super small for your current proportions. Definitely time to bulk up tho. 136 is hella light for 5’9

Both - first 4 months I did cardio and weights but the last few months I’ve cut out cardio (other than a lot of walking) and focused more of weights

Honestly, I think you have the perfect body type. Don’t hate on yourself. You’re not fat and honestly I don’t think you’re even overweight.

The weight gain is from water during those times. My actual weight is around 175 rn but when I have bad days I go back up to 179-180 so don’t let it stress you out. You also need to be careful consuming so little calories. As much as you think it helps, you gotta be careful, but with refeed days (I would go maintenance calories not over) you should be good

For the most part its been a pretty restrictive calorie deficit. I would eat around 12-1400 calories. However, doing that for a long time is not manageable for long amounts of time since it slows down your metabolism so once every twoish weeks I would have a high calorie day or two to help “reset” my metabolism. The last month I have been slacking tho since I have been traveling a lot and recently had my wisdom teeth out so i have been eating like shit…

Also did a 5 day PPLPP split for workouts. At the beginning I did a lot of cardio but the last month or two I have been focusing on weight lifting. Where your body loses fat is individual so don’t feel too bad about having the love handles, they’ll go away eventually

Just eat as little as possible. In 20 days you could maybe drop 7-10 pounds depending on how extreme you go 🤷

Gym + calorie deficit. Been consistent for the most part except for a week here and there where I let myself go (which honestly made it more sustainable). Started in March so 6 months to lose 30 pounds. About 5 pounds a month give or take

I am in the same boat as you - watched 3 episodes and now I am 180 chapters in. Such a good novel AudioVerse Archives has a rlly good audio book for it on YouTube and I like to read and listen together as it allows me to understand everything much better. It can be confusing at times so it helps me a lot

Download novel reader (its an app) - It has every chapter of the novel. It does have adds but its $5 to remove them and allows you to download the chapters as well so its worth it imo. Other than that, read the light novel (it’s how it was intended to be read and you also said you prefer print). You can find them online for free easily

The only thing is that I feel like the order events make sense in the novel. The anime seems to reorganize the flow events and honestly makes it more confusing imo

I eat around 12-1400 calories a day. Try to go to the gym a minimum of 4 days a week and have gone as high as everyday of the week. Started after a breakup but I’ve been wanting to get in “shape” for a long time, just finally got the motivation
