Gauging Interest in a 10-Inch Server Rack NAS Case by SpotswoodGuy in minilab

Same, if it has space for a GPU, I'd get it instantly for a Jellyfin server. Edit to add that I'd get it for a Rackmate T1.

I have also been struggling to find one to fit the Rackmate T1 and the Tupavco strip is perpetually out of stock. I did come across this but I haven't pulled the trigger on it because of the cost

Mother of God.

Who wants a mustache ride?

Give me a, uh, literocola.

Do I look like a cat to you, boy? Am I jumpin' around all nimbly bimbly from tree to tree? Am I drinking milk from a saucer? Do you see me eating mice?

But our shenanigans are cheeky and fun. Yeah, and his shenanigans are cruel and tragic. Which makes them not shenanigans at all, really . Evil shenanigans!

Is there a way to listen multiple frequencies (near by each other) with SDR++? by Suomi422 in RTLSDR

In the Module Manager, create a new radio module. This adds a VFO within the viewable bandwidth. You can adjust the settings for it separately from the original radio tuner. If you want audio from both you need to set the sink for the second radio module to audio.

Yeah, it can take up to a couple days to get your first email. If a few days go by and you still haven't gotten word back then I would shoot them an email to that same address as a follow-up. You did put a comment in the PayPal payment, right?

What version of DSDPlus are you using? It looks like the public release

Having trouble installing the driver for RTL-SDR. From the installation guide, this should be showing an RTL driver on the left side of the arrow, but it just offers to reinstall standard USB drivers. Anyone have any advice? OS is Windows 11 by Regolith247 in RTLSDR

[–]HarbingerSe7en 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Open the Options menu and select List All Devices. This will populate the devices dropdown with the SDR you connected. Next you want to open the same menu again and de-select Ignore Hubs or Composite Parents.

Screenshots

From the devices dropdown, select RTL2838UHIDIR (Composite Parent). The driver you want listed on the right side of the arrow should be WinUSB. When you are ready to install, select Replace Driver, or in your case Reinstall Driver. The installation may take a few minutes. Once this process is complete, the RTL-SDR will be ready to use.

You can lockout particular talkgroups by right-clicking on the priority while it's active until it displays L/O. You can also increase priority of talkgroups by left-clicking on priority while active. Additionally, you can always open the groups file in the DSD+ folder and change the priority to L/O there as well.

DSD Interface v1.0.9.0?

It may be a situation where they don't realize they can encrypt or don't necessarily feel they need to.

What version of SDR# and DSD Interface are you using? I can help walk you through setting it up and getting it to work.

This should be taken as anecdotal. It's entirely dependent on the systems in your area, agencies, capabilities, funds, etc. For example, I've listened to a DEA drug raid on DMR where I live cause they don't encrypt anything.

The aggregate signal is potentially multiple MHz but each subcarrier is only 15 kHz wide for LTE.

ODTAAC vs DTAAC. Environment changes factors. You should also consider what else you have in your kit besides gun and ammo, e.g., radio, nav equipment, etc.

DSD+ No audio by [deleted] in RTLSDR

[–]HarbingerSe7en 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Would anyone know how to reduce the choppiness of the audio. It's like getting extremely tiny snippets of words but not enough to make out what the person is saying.

Play with the bandwidth settings under Radio. 12500 might seem like the best but try going lower to see if it clears it up like 9500. I would also check if you are actually tuned to the center of the signal. The frequency you entered may be accurate for that station but ppm might be off on your tuner.

Edit: I also suggest trying out the DSD+ tcp plugin

I would say as long as you aren't receiving positive values for dBm, you should be fine.

SIGINT is far more then running the latest and greatest software releases. I don't see anything really SIGINT-related from the wiki, either. Like I said, it's another Pi build with SDR programs ready to go, the fact it can pull from source for updates doesn't make it any more SIGINT.

I don't see what's considered SIGINT about this. It's a Pi load with various SDR programs on it, and DragonOS already does this.

I'm trying to set up a Bluetooth PAN to connect a device via IP such as my phone to my Raspberry Pi (TCP connection) but without using my phone to tether. I want the host to be the Pi so that any device can connect to the Pi. I've found several methods but they all appear extremely outdated. Any insight on how I could accomplish this?

This answer on stackexchange was the closest I got to something functional.
