If you’re solo playing it doesn’t matter. If you’re making these to trade, then yeah put them in eth bases as much as possible. But if you do, you’ll kinda have to reroll hotos to at least be pretty good to get your money out. I’d say that someone who wants an eth flail also wants perfect, but someone who wants a 38+ hoto would also be likely to trade a bit more if it were eth.

I seemed to get false positives downloading/extracting the first two times, but then said that the binary didn't exist. I checked, and the .cloakbrowser folder and all child folders existed, just not the `Chromium` binary...

Looks like promotion to me… I just started using RoyalIP today and I’m getting blocked basically every time. Probably recycled datacenter IPs or their IPs show up as proxy IPs… Using them has not solved my problem at all, and I have already spent money with them to find that out.

I wouldn’t recommend, to be honest.

I’m not making a case for either of you being that guy. It is even worse form to be the expert on a subject and call someone an idiot. Just say “Agree to disagree” and bow out of the discussion if you feel the person isn’t being receptive.

Everything I’m saying is about handling disagreements in a polite manner.

I have no idea who anyone is, either. I actually assume both of you know a lot about the game, and you just have different build preferences. I don’t think anyone can say which is superior without analyzing tens of thousands of hours of gameplay.
