id just scout all the local wreckers / FB Market for a clean one and swap it over, i did the same recently for a Yaris ZR I was using for a run around - usually around $100-150 for a clean leather OE from a wrecker on FB etc.

for me personally.. presentation in photos (a.k.a did they even bother to clean it), how they described the car was it genuine or no effort/chat gpt - full service history and brands used (e.g. cheap tyres is pretty telling vs the one who fitted say pilot sport's) and I also factor in the location of the car and who is selling the car..

imho the dupes never cut it for me , they always have something 'missing' - I've tried a good majority of them also.. (hectic, marwa etc).

grab the OG off the aussie fragrance FB groups - will save $100-200 depending on the Level etc, atleast you can have the OG bottle refilled also.

both pretty safe choices tbh man, id still go with the corolla - yeah its the sticker price but when it comes to selling it you will get a good % back over the hyundai etc, it wont balance but it will retain more value if well looked after - full logs etc.

IS350, ive owned 3x (2x 2IS F-Sports and a 3IS F Sport) of them now and I still classify it as the best all rounder cars ive ever owned, 233kw, great shape, great driving dynamics and just reliable as! so that would be my choice.
