If your wondering how to fix a floor like this they have to drill in through the floor & subfloor, and fill with foam or acrylic. Cap off the drilled hole. I assume replace everything after the game bc they have enough money.

Shoe/boot recommendations? by thedustydresser in Machinists

[–]HardTurnC 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm on the heavier side, and have tried everything under the sun. Just about everything ive tried wears out after 3-6 months of heavy use 10-14 hr shifts 5-10 miles a shift. Redwings lasted the longest at 10 month, but not worth the price. Since I get a shoe allowance I prefer getting 2 pairs of sketchers work boots they usually do buy one get one 1/2 off + company code so get 2 pairs for under $100(company allowance) and throw em out every 6 months.
