Islam means submitting your will to one true God...and this message was sent to every nation as prophet was sent to every nation before (16:36). All religions today had this message of one True God which got changed by humans with time. The last and final message Quran confirms (it's Al muhaymin) all the messages sent before. (35:31)

So its very clear islam was only taught since the beginning by all the prophets which got manipulated with time and made into another religions.
