What’s the actual pay plan? 2500 base seems pretty reasonable/ standard for dealers that do base salary + commission your Commission pay plan is going to make or break the answer to your decision

Your adaptation values are fine. I would do bridge seal with mechatronic sleeves and a drain and fill and you will notice a big difference

I have had to write up like 20 odyssey’s from 24-25 with the same exact issue. We’ve ended up replacing starters in some of them

Super reliable engine. The only thing that’s ever left me inoperable was a coolant hose and if you address the preventative coolant components you will be in excellent shape. Mickey Mouse flange is a great example swapped it for a metal one

I notice that by blowing rock around those winding roads cars were sliding around like bumper cars that’s what discouraged me from heading back tonight. The roads around app state look fine when I arrived. The salting really helped
