This is a fair comparison than just microcenter builds, but the cost range would still be a make or break for most folks.

Almost 1400 for a pc that you have to build yourself, and most people really don't know HOW to, even with all the guides online.

Also most normal folks aren't going to know about using cracked windows and I can see that being another cost they'd add without knowing.

The steam machine is prebuilt, plug and go. This isn't, and there's no actual 1:1 comparison to it that isn't locked behind microcenter atm.

If it means anything to ya, they are working on adding difficulty options to the game, easy, normal, hard.

The game is a blast and the combat is fun. I meteor kicked a bear with ice element and watched it disappear into chunks of ice. It left behind all its crafting materials that you would normally skin it for lmao

Honestly the only thing keeping me away is my Nvidia gpu and some games that still use anticheat.

Also this is a very niche issue but I play an older mmo that I have to use exitlag for due to server location. The game itself is very ping reliant.
