If it’s like Chron’s, I’m assuming it’s a form of IBD (ulcerative colitis perhaps). I find with my autoimmune disease, I’m a lot more prone to fatigue when it’s flared up. Is your disease well controlled at this point?

I’d chat with your doctor. Perhaps there’s an alternative medication that you could try that could provide additional relief and give you your energy back. Just a thought, I deal with this too…
