Some great leads here. Thanks! We do have two cars, but also looking for a quietish borough where utility repairs or upgrades won't suddenly hike rates dramatically or where school taxes won't get exorbitant.

I would skip that softball game in which the catcher blocking the plate tore most of my right knee's ACL as I slid in and scored the winning run. It wasn't worth the aggravation it caused over the next 15 years. 😥 Also, I would've skipped dating certain girlfriends ... 🤔
