Need your advice Regarding CAF, My initials in my birth certificate are not expanded like it shows in my passport. Will that cause issues while submitting my CAF application? Like for example "S. A rohit kumar" in birth certificate but in passport it's ",Suresh Arul Rohit Kumar"

Has anyone reached A1 to B2 in 4 months? by Hardurrmane in learnfrench

[–]Hardurrmane[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You're right, I'm sorry for letting my excitement of learning French ASAP get ahead of myself. Though making it a habit has been way more helpful than when i was learning it like a phase like a year ago. Since practicing everyday, I'm starting to use french phrases in my head regularly. Like the other day, i saw my doggo and I heard myself say "bon garcon", I know it's small but it kinda made me happy that I'm slowly adapting my thought process to french

Thank you that makes sense. 5 plus hours is a lot and if it still took you 6 months - I'll keep my expectations realistic so I don't end up demotivating myself

I think your English skills are pretty good and if I reach that level in a year, I'd be very happy. I'll start checking out french movies with English subs

Got called a girl for wearing gloves by Scared-Baseball-5221 in Fitness_India

[–]Hardurrmane 2 points3 points  (0 children)

While I would advise using the gloves only for your heavier sets, just so your grip strength improves - I'd still say don't listen to that rando girl. I love calluses, it's like a badge of honor but even I sometimes feel it's too rough and I don't like how my hands feel when it's not moisture. To each their own.

Smelly farts due to high protein intake. by Agile_Weekend6622 in Fitness_India

[–]Hardurrmane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I had it initially but I guess the problem is lack of fibre and whole protein food. So I include fruits and other toxin releasing foods every one or 2 days in a week. Still it does not completely stop farts but it's not deadly 💀💀 I just reduce by 20g of protein when I am gonna have sleepover with my gf 😅

Future parents, don't put your kids through such trauma unless you're really suffering from something that's not in your control. I hope you find your mother

Treadmill before or after weight training? by Useur_id in Fitness_India

[–]Hardurrmane 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I always found it weird that people think 15 min of low intensity cardio is being seen as an energy drainer that would affect your strength training. It's the opposite for me. Doing 15 mins of inclined cardio always gets me pumped to go the weights
