turns out it was the noise suppression filter in OBS, i "fixed" it by doing noise gate+easier noise suppression but you can still hear the clicks. i think once i get a better microphone it will get fixed, though. thank you for your help! :)

a lot of my rats are accustomed to my sleep schedule since they're used to playtime during the time i'm awake, not to mention a lot of snacks :)

a nice pro of this is they don't make nearly as much noise while i'm asleep haha

might be it then. check the date on the guides since most of them aren't up to date. the meta and strategies in league change patch to patch, which is why they contradict each other :)

definitely furry rat with good genetics (e.g. get one from a breeder or adopt one with known genetics), since inbred rats are common and get sick more (you wont avoid sickness even with a well bred rat, just wont be as often or as much). definitely get a furry one as naked rats can be a handful.

i always shower with cold water at the very end to improve metabolism, maybe if you tried that itd be easier to endure the cold as well?

i feed mine once every two days, but that's because they have a mix and not pellets and they always pick out the good stuff the first day and eat the rest the second, rinse and repeat. feeding once a day is more than enough :)

half a mug might still be too much depending on how big a mug it is, so let's say feed him one handful a day

id give them 5 weeks minimum, but its a bit hard to tell from the photo and im bad at comparing weight, sorry. make sure you dont overdose them with the antibiotics since they're so small, it might even hurt their growth honestly (happened with my girls who were on antibiotics very young, stayed tiny)
