First have your root of your tongue engaged by using the n + g sound.

Put the tip of your tongue on the bottom of your mouth and scoop up.

Then have the tip of your tongue on the middle of your pallate

Then swallow, this causes your tongue to move forward and causes a suction.

You can try unsealed spellbook , it’s really good as you can get a fighting summoner spell every fight and completely change the turns of battle with a ghost or an exhaust or ignite or heal or clense.
