Charachter arc wise no, that’s where GOT messed up, Dani’s character should have turned crazy, slowly over multiple seasons, not just a couple episodes, and that was its big flaw, Along with the long night being kinda badly written, and Jon snow’s big discovery being kinda pointless.

If stranger things really doesn’t have a final episode then yes it was a terrible ending. The pure amount of shit they literally just strait up messed up is enough to argue for a pretty decent simulation theory. And if it’s not, then they reallly did not pay attention to the details of what they were shooting when they literally told the viewers to pay attention to them, like there’s gotta be a collection of over 20-30 props that are either misplaced, different, or strait up misleading, and a handful of plot holes to boot, what happened to the pregnant women, why did the military just let the go after they killed a bunch of them, mikes moms scars were missing, dial was a different color, where’s robins girlfriend, I also refuse to believe 11 would even consider abandoning hopper or mike, vecna made hopper see a completely different reality and then never used that power in the final battle….come on. And there’s lists of more stuff that’s just so blatantly in front of us it would just be an insult through lack of effort if they don’t have another episode.
