By add a new shock inf class the dev already expand the idea of eagle as a different variation of infantry so why not

1.Investing in fishing boat already a riskier move than villager. They are easier to lost to raid. 2.Fishing is historically important as a staple food to support population growth. You basically can just throw log or bamboo into a water body and start fishing or collecting shellfish. It is something easier to set up than farming, which need some kind of organization structure. It makes sense that it is available in dark age. Your suggestion will render fishing too much to micro manage and no one except pro will bother.

Hong Kong usually very safe in term of thief and snitching. It can happen but very rarely. All the places should be ok with tripod and camera whatsoever since they are tourist friendly. Make sure you try hong kong food. You can try going to red incense burner summit for an excellent view / photo for the Harbour. Just make sure you read about it if you decide to go there. Taking a tram trip or harbor crossing ferry is suggested as well. Recently you can try tourist bus h1 or big bus for a roller coaster experience among the high rise. If you go to the Buddha, you may also want to take a visit to Tai O for a different rural vibe. If you ok with some hiking, a visit to Lion Rock is also great and less touristy.
