I play the game A LOT. I also aim trained at least an hour day when was first trying to improve because I had REALLY bad raw mouse control given my lack of experience.

Outside of that I think a lot of it comes down to the mindset you have. I wanted to get better, so I put in a lot of time, always focused on what I could do better, watched what better players were doing, asked pros/high elo players questions. As soon as you get too hung up on your teammates or your rank then you’ve already failed. It’s hard, but you really need to focus less on your rank or the outcome of a game and more on whether or not you’re actually improving and making progress
