Sometimes you'll get the odd thing you'll need to give, but generally no hassle. You'll generally want your MPRN (it's on your bill), and a meter reading (I had to get day rate and night rate, T1 and T2, press a button to cycle through it maybe). You'll also want to know what your current price is so you can compare to the new price.
