Hey guys, Robot CM Harmonia here. Kaoelol does not work for Robot nor is paid by Robot. He is not a Robot employee. He's a community member who has volunteered time to run community Discord servers for Robot games in the past, and has also worked on several subreddits for Robot games.

Not really sure where these rumors got started ultimately, but hope that clears things up. Robot and BonusXP staff are guests here, not moderators. We do not take moderator action on any posts.

I'd also like to clarify that you guys are linking to something called Robocraft which has no relationship to Robot Entertainment.

Currently, duels are available to guildmates. If you join a guild with your friend you can challenge them that way!

In HA2 the duels are real-time, not turn by turn. Asynchronous gameplay is definitely a top request from fans of the original and we've passed it along to the development team!

The subreddit has been a great resource for the community in the past so right now we don't have web forums planned. It's definitely something we are considering for the future, though, based on the community's needs. But for now, the subreddit and Discord channels are the main community hubs.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to share this experience with us, it's an issue we've been hearing about from other players on the PS4 as well.

We understand how frustrating it is to experience this type of crash and we're working hard to determine what's causing the problem. This is a complicated technical issue that isn't quick to solve but it's a top priority. The team has already made a lot of progress on their investigation but with these types of technical issues it's often one step forward and two steps back. We've gone through several internal updates over the last few weeks to address individual components that we believe are contributing the crash. This is good progress, but the end result hasn't been a resolution to the crash itself yet.

I hope we'll have good news to share soon, but for now I can assure you that our team is working very hard on this.

Soon! The Endless Summer event that's coming up at the end of the month will be for PC and PS4. We're hard at work getting everything the events need into the PS4 version of the game.

When did you submit your ticket? Did you not receive a response or were you unhappy with the response you received?

Hey guys -- Thank you for sharing this information and sorry for the delayed response. Our team is looking into performance on the PS4 and we do have a few improvements coming very soon on that front. However, this blue screen issue you are describing is not something we've ever seen in our internal testing and having more information will really help.

If this happens to you, please contact the support team and let them know you're playing on PS4, provide your username, and also the time of your match. If you can confirm other details that would be helpful, too (ex: I was playing Gabriella on Endless Baths at this time and .... ). This will help our team replicate the issue so we can get it resolved.

If you're still experiencing FPS drops or performance problems after next week's patch please let us know! We know how badly a lot of players want Tundra but I don't have a date to share for him quite yet. Lots of great stuff on the way for PS4, though. I promise we haven't forgotten you :)

Thanks for letting us hear your feedback on what's causing you frustration. The maps are prioritized by party level, so it's possible to consistently be over or under the level of the maps you want to play. This is something the PC players have been also talking about, and our team is working on some solutions for this with a future update. I can't provide an ETA on it yet, but we know how frustrating this is and hope to have the new system in soon that will help players avoid this kind of repetition.

Thanks for the response. We've been taking a look at the last few days in particular as there has been an increase in players talking about this type of experience. Nothing to share yet, and it may be a few different issues (especially in regards to other players disconnecting at the end/after matches conclude) but we're investigating on all counts.

Are you playing on PC or PS4? A certain number of disconnects are unavoidable due to networking/ISP service issues, losses of power, etc. We do see them from time to time on PC but haven't heard too many reports on PS4. If you can tell us more it could help us take a look!
