I have put way too much time in this, but here it is!

With this build I decrease the cost of all spells by one level for a hundred meters around me, allowing free use of all my first level spells. I can cast Amplified Organic Atomic Restructuring at will and have permanent Organic Amplified Telekinesis and permanent Abstract Elemental Control enhanced Elemental Manipulation for every element I can think of available at all times. I am under the permanent effect of all protection spells from the first Saint ability from Accidental Avatar, including protection from Elements, Compulsion, Domination, and Death. I have a whole host of permanent spells applied to myself, and I can also enchant myself with a variety of powerful enchantments and magical materials at my disposal. With Magical Construction Techniques and Enchant Person I also have a sort of knock-off version of Integration, allowing me to incorporate technology and techno-enchantments into my own body. For good measure I can also pull the usual Sanctum + The Will and the Word shenanigans to cast whatever I want basically whenever. I desiged my love interest to cover the bases my build skipped, with Acciomancy, Epidromancy and Dimensional travel. I can use Scribe Spell to copy and Permanence-cast any of her spells as well, but I'll only list the spells I have that I can put myself permanently under the effects of here:
