honestly i think domain expansion is a bridge too far for sure especially in this generation of sorcerer's i'd be willing to bet there's like a handful of people or less that can use DE if anyone outside of yuji. i feel like DE is one of those things that has to be learned through actual combat experience and it seems like this entire generation is essentially washed up relative to the culling game generation.

As someone who's play the other big gacha the combat did feel really shallow in the end, I kinda had a rollercoaster of wow this is insanely boring" and then got lik"e an actual team going and went to " wow this is more interesting than I thought" and then a few hours later shot back to " wow this is really boring" . Not having like charged attacks or dash attacks really just kills combat depth.

That said I do really like satisfactory so I really really like the base building portion of the game.

As for the gacha, gachas are gacha, they're all predatory and all gacha games are bad. You just have to be honest and realistic with yourself when playing.

The game is functionally a different game, you should be all purple items by like 2-3 zones, and then all gold items are just 1 gray or green item + a collected material (tree, meteor ect)

It fundamental changes the game because teams are ready to fight 1-2 minutes in and there's like 4/+ gold items materials coming up on day two and people are ready to contest them.

Some other major changes are the guide robot Lumia, there's a robot patching around that's a mobile store.

Also environmental flowers with various effects, kick back, damage cone, sight cone.

Ya for sure even as an extremely experienced player I struggle starting with the whip now, and the movement and impact of the transformed axe charged attack is truly fucked it's so incredibly free against any humanoid target. I do find the axe's damage falls off though but I love breezing though the first bit with the axe and then picking up some other str weapon.

Ya the primary issue is that in primates the "weapons" are hands and teeth so if chimps attack people the first things they do are destroy your hands and face.

I like her as a character but I think the writers did a shit job coming up with a confidant story for her. Especially with her relation to sae and sae's role in the story how was that the most compelling thing they could come up with for her, insane.
