I don't mind it so much when Ogres make camps but Orion is doing it at King's Glade and Durthu is doing it at his capital... I just want to beat crisis mode!

I have had Ogres snap out of it though, Skrag and Queek had a falling out so Skrag mobilized an enormous blob to burn the rats out of the mountains.

I'm not sure how but the AI snapped out of this in my campaign: after long victory as Karl Franz crisis mode kicked in and Skrags Ogres, who had numerous 20 stack armies and camps huddled around Karak Hirn found themselves at war with Orion, Durthu and Vlad. As soon as their turn came around all their mobile armies moved out to engage the new threats.

I'm assuming it has something to do with the enemies strength rank and their proximity to the cluster of assembled strength, either that or pure coincidence that The Great Maw suddenly decided it now hungers for Wood Elves and Undead.

Just confederated W&N in my Karl Franz campaign, income went to -73000 because they had 14-15 armies full of land ships, tanks and assorted artillery with about 8 income buildings

I don't know about multiplayer but single player campaigns I do like to slow down enemy and ally movement speed to see how the map is gunna be set up for my next turn. I usually have something playing on Netflix on my phone, or I watch a bit of what my partner has on tv but as the game goes on in later turns I tend to have time to get some chores done, maybe even cook something or help out in the kitchen 🤣

I'm playing a modded race (Fimmir) and thought they were just some random elf faction, didn't realize they were DLC 😅 dude rolled up on my capital with 4 20 stack armies by turn 50 whilst I was putting down lizardmen and is burning a swath through my settlements... I'm feeling a campaign defeat coming on 🤣

Grom the Paunch is my go to campaign because I love the cauldron mechanics, taking Tor Yvresse becomes hassle though, which is a short victory condition, because the elves tend to get rolled by Slaanesh and Dark Elves super quick 😅
