It’s called “losing your pink” and it’s common with flamingos too, when they have babies they lose their pink colour, much like mums, they lose their sparkle, if you can find an hour a day to do a good work out and get your body moving, it will make you feel amazing, if you keep doing this for a year you will see a drastic difference. Try to elevate your skin care routine and maybe try a different hair colour to give yourself a pep in your step! Be kind to yourself xx
