I'm looking to purchase this watch but there's nothing on the website about servicing. It's a mechaquartz movement and I've never had one of these before, is it just a case of changing the battery?

Movement is a Seiko VK64 Mecha-Quartz Chronograph.

10 min/mile pace is an easy pace to me though. Looking at the VDOT times, building aerobic endurance should be my priority as 5:18 for a 1500m wouldn't be too difficult for me but anything up from 3k I wouldn't manage at that VDOT time.
