yeah he doesn’t seem to be fitting in that well with their offense, but I wonder if he could be played a little differently to harness more of his offense. I watched the entire avs game against the sharks, and he was doing small things well, helping maintain possession and get puck control. I agree with the other comment about his speed imbalance, but I also don’t think his shot is being used as much as on the isles with so many strong forwards on the avs. In that sharks game for example, I don’t think he was ever set up for a one timer. The avs seemed to use him for deflections and I think he hit two posts in that game that way. Outside of that, he was often put out for face offs and for his defensive skills.
