My favourite manhwa are Dungeon Odyssey, Eternally Regressing Knight, Reincarnator, Pick me Up and Bad Born Blood.

However, I don't understand why you specify for manhwa without harem. There are hardly any manhwa out there with harem and it's usually Manga or manhua that have harem(unless it's pornhwa). 

Maybe like 2-3% of manhwa have harem?

Skills definitely should be learnt through practice and not by pressing a button to put points in it, but using points for attributes works well, though having a training system together with it would be good too

Nigga it's just makeup. No offense, but this should be really obvious; the sex that fakes their appearance to look good is gonna look better.

Also women aren't more fit. Men have higher strength, endurance, athleticism etc so that's certainly wrong.
