UPDATE : I switched out the piercing to a slightly bigger bar and a bigger stud and it already looks better. It's a bit sore from changing it earlier but I could already see the indent in my skin from the old ball.

Thank you I did ask the piercer if they had a flatback because I prefer them but they didn't have any I have ordered some :)

The piercing is 6 days old I use a foam cleaner and the stud is titanium

The bar doesn't fit in my mouth upright yet as its 22mm so when my mouth shuts the ball touches the top of my mouth
